Qvada B.V., trading as EasyFabric, is the party responsible for all data processing. In this privacy statement, we explain what personal data we collect and for which purposes on our website easyfabric.com. We recommend that you read it carefully.

If you have any questions regarding the processing of personal data, you can find the contact details of EasyFabric at the end of this privacy statement.

Registration

Certain features of our service require you to register beforehand. You provide your email address, and we issue an API key for the account we set up for you.

For this purpose, we use your email address, IP address, API key and access credentials. We need this data because of our agreement with you. We store this information for three months after you closed your account. We retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website, and in order to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

To provide this service, we work together with:

  • Microsoft Azure, which hosts our website and stores account data within the European Union;
  • Brevo, which delivers the activation email for your API key.

Subscription

Via EasyFabric you can take out a paid subscription. We use your personal data to complete the payment.

For this purpose, we use your email address and payment details. We need this data because of our agreement with you. We store this information for six months after you cancelled your subscription. Certain types of personal data will be retained for a longer period with regards to the legal tax retention.

To handle your orders, we work together with:

  • our payment provider Stripe, which processes your payment directly; your full payment details never reach our systems.

Contact form and chat

You can use our contact form or chat to ask questions or make any request.

For this purpose, we use your name, email address, IP address and the contents of your message. We have a legitimate interest in doing this. We store this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and three months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in case you have any follow-up questions.

To handle your questions, we work together with:

  • Crisp IM SAS (France), which provides our chat and contact form and stores messages within the European Union;
  • Microsoft 365, which we use for email correspondence.

Promotion

We can inform you about new products or services by e-mail.

You can object at all times against this promotional communication. Every e-mail contains a cancellation link. You can also inform us through our contact details below.

Providing data to third parties

Except for the parties mentioned above that are necessary to deliver our services, we do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organisations, unless we are required to do so by law (for example, when the police demands access to personal data in case of a suspected crime).

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies. We measure website statistics with a first-party, cookieless solution on our own infrastructure: we only record the page visited and the referring website, and we do not build visitor profiles. Our chat widget (Crisp) sets functional cookies only after you choose to open the chat.

Statistics

We keep statistics on the use of our website, but these are kept anonymous at all times.

Security

We take security measures to reduce misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. We take responsibility in the security of your personal data. We renew our security measures to ensure safe storage of personal data and keep track what might go wrong.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to modify this statement. We recommend that you consult this statement on a regular basis, so that you remain informed of any changes.
