Run the setup guide
In an empty folder, launch Claude Code and follow the setup guide. It downloads the platform, interviews you for tenant, workspace and environment values, patches the YAML, and prints your Entra/Azure/Fabric/DevOps checklist. You go from empty folder to push-ready repo in a single guided session.
